Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. The service
Jobly is a browser extension that tailors your résumé to a job description using only facts from your own résumé. It flags anything it cannot trace to your résumé as unverified rather than inventing it.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the résumé you provide.
- You are responsible for reviewing tailored output before submitting it — including removing any flagged-unverified items.
- You must not use Jobly to generate misleading or fraudulent applications.
3. Free trial
Each install gets a limited number of free tailors (N), enforced per install. The limit is displayed before you reach it. No card is required for the trial.
4. Packs
Jobly Pro is sold as one-time packs: each payment buys a fixed number of tailors, and your licence key is emailed to you. A pack is valid for 12 months from issue; unused tailors expire with that window. There is no subscription and no recurring billing — you only pay when you buy another pack.
5. Availability & warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that tailored output will secure you a job or interview.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities or employment outcomes. Your sole remedy for a defective service is a refund of fees paid for the current period.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your résumé and the tailored output you generate. Jobly’s software, branding, and website are our property.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here. Questions? Email hello@jobly.browser-tools.com.
